Privacy policy

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and on what devices. Analytics cookies are set only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. Without consent, Google Analytics sets no cookies and stores no visitor identifiers.

The data is processed by Google on our behalf, with IP addresses truncated. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Event-level data is retained for up to 14 months.

If you write to us at info@cendravik.com, your message and contact details are processed via Zoho Mail (EU data centre) so we can respond to your enquiry. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for our communication and any resulting business relationship.

The site is served through Cloudflare. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, server requests) for a short period for security and abuse protection — our legitimate interest under the GDPR.

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones — and only after consent. Your choice itself (accept or decline) is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. You can change it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time — write to info@cendravik.com and we will respond without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg).

If how we process data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
