LUXORA - Architecture Development

    Homes sculpted
    from light & stone.

    - The Brief

Fifteen award-winning years of luxury residences across four countries - and no digital home worthy of the work. So we built the whole world: an identity, a bilingual cinematic website, and every printed piece in between.

    - The Challenge

    You can't tour
    a home that isn't built.

Luxury developers sell the invisible - a residence that exists only as a render, a plot and a promise. At this price point the brand is the proof. LUXORA's reputation was earned over fifteen years and four countries, yet online nothing signalled it. The presence had to feel as considered as the architecture itself.

"How do you make a screen feel like stepping into a marble lobby at golden hour - and make a buyer trust a home that's still only light and stone?"

    - The Identity

    Quiet luxury, built to last.

We anchored LUXORA in a disciplined monochrome system - onyx, warm stone and alabaster, with no decorative colour to date it. An architectural wordmark rises like a colonnade above the name. Playfair Display carries the headlines in italic; Manrope keeps everything else calm and exact. It reads the way the buildings feel: restrained, assured, timeless.

The emblem reads as a row of columns rising to a peak - architecture reduced to its essence. It holds from a favicon to a three-metre gate monument, and never needs colour to feel expensive.

    - The Website

    A home for the homes.

A bilingual (BG / EN) site built to move like a film - a cinematic hero, an interactive map of every market, and a live selector that lets buyers explore available residences and request a private viewing.

    TheInteriors

Editorial spreads that let the material speak - travertine, solid oak, polished marble, bronze.

Pull-quotes set in italic Playfair sit over golden-hour photography, and the whole layout carries across to mobile untouched.

    TheCollection

A draggable gallery of custom kitchens, spa suites and living spaces - each shown full-bleed.

Numbered, captioned and paced so a buyer can linger on the detail that sells the home.

    TheResidences

Every available home laid out as a card - floor plan, size, bedrooms, terrace and starting price.

From a compact apartment to a penthouse, each one a single tap from a private-viewing request.

    - The Availability Map

    See what's available.

The heart of the site is a live map of every LUXORA market - Sofia, Athens, Limassol and Dubai. Click a city to reveal its active projects and new developments, see which residences are still available, and request a private viewing in a single tap.

One brand, from hoarding to handover.

The identity had to hold across every touchpoint a buyer meets - the sign at the gate, the card in their hand, the monograph on the table, and the gift waiting on the day the keys change hands.

    Awarded for architecture
    & construction.

LUXORA's work is recognised by the industry's leading institution. We gave it a dedicated place on the site - a recognition page that leads with the award, and a story the brand can finally tell with pride.

Luxury isn't loud. It's the confidence to leave everything unnecessary out.

    Thanks for exploring the project.
